How to set it up

In Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the prompts. It replies with a bot token.

In SiteGauge, open Alerts, click Add channel and pick Telegram (the button below lands you on that exact form).

Paste the bot token into the Bot token field.

Add your new bot to the group or channel you want alerts in, then enter that chat's ID (or @yourchannel for a public channel) and click Add and verify.
