Service status

How to check whether SiteGauge is healthy, what we monitor about ourselves, and how uptime commitments work.

Last reviewed 15 September 2026

Hosting status

SiteGauge runs on two hosting providers. If something looks wrong, their public status pages are the quickest first check:

What we measure

  • A liveness check on the API, confirming the service process is up.
  • A readiness check on the API, confirming it can reach its database and job queue.
  • Application errors on the website, dashboard, API and workers, reported to our error monitoring so we see failures before most customers do.
  • Every monitor's own check history, which you can see on the monitor itself in your dashboard.

What is not published yet

We do not yet publish a public uptime history or incident log on this page. If something looks wrong with your monitoring, check the provider status pages above and email us using the address below.

Uptime commitments

Self-serve plans do not carry an uptime SLA. The uptime SLA offered with Enterprise agreements is defined in the contract, including what counts as downtime, how it is measured each month and any service credits. Ask for the terms when you talk to sales.
