Send website change alerts to Microsoft Teams
Pipe SiteGauge alerts into the Teams channel your team lives in. Setup uses the Teams Workflows webhook template, so there is nothing to install and nothing for IT to approve.

How to set it up
The same steps you will see in the product, so there are no surprises.

In SiteGauge, open Alerts, click Add channel and pick Teams (the button below lands you on that exact form).

In Teams, find the channel you want alerts in and click the three-dot menu next to it.

Choose Workflows (or Connectors on older tenants) and pick the "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" template, then add it.

Copy the URL it gives you, paste it into SiteGauge and click Add and verify.
What arrives in Microsoft Teams

Does this work with the new Teams Workflows?
Yes. The setup uses the Workflows "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" template. On older tenants the legacy Connectors route works the same way: either gives you a URL to paste into SiteGauge.
Which plan do I need for Teams alerts?
Teams, Slack, Discord, Telegram and webhook channels start on the Standard plan. The Free plan sends alerts by email.
What arrives in the Teams channel?
Change alerts for your monitored pages, grouped on your cadence so one noisy page cannot flood the channel, with a link back to the full before and after in SiteGauge. Your optional weekly recap can arrive there too.
Can different alerts go to different Teams channels?
Each webhook posts to one Teams channel, so add a SiteGauge channel per webhook. Alert rules then control which events and severities trigger alerts at all.
