The fingerprint is based on the page's visible text, so a change you cannot see at a glance still counts: an updated price, a swapped headline, a new item in a list, or a rotating quote or timestamp the site injects on every load. Pages with live counters, A/B tests, or randomised content can therefore read as changed each time.
